Aeria [3] - Update: The leaving of Lowestoft

Brought to you thanks to my contact in the Port of Lowestoft Research Society who says she's now off to Finland. Further information from interested parties in Finland suggest she'll stay there for a year then head back to Russia for conversion to a night club or casino as originally planned.
Getting through the bridge must have been a tight squeeze.
(Flagged Danish yacht, left, at a festival at the Yatcht Club)
I still think some wag should have had the nerve to paint a whale face on her. (never mind, it it can be a future project for me if I ever master PSP!)
Not a very good pic of her as she passes. Note two people on the upper level at the back - looking forward to a long, cold, boring, (if unique) trip to Finland.
Heading out to sea - the best shot so of course the camera had to ruin it.
The camera is sent away for repairs, (July 2003) & will be out of action for maybe six weeks.
Apparently the tug at the back had it's engines on in reverse just to pull the rope at the back tight so the Aeria didn't swing about and bash things in the narrow part of the harbour!
Stuck on the sandbank at the end of the pier. That was nice of it because it gave me a time to get down the other end and take more pictures while it sat there.
Swinging her round the right way, (Finland is to the left, didn't you know?)
Good dog, now just follow me like that all the way across the sea.
